A Video recording of big brother had what appeared to be a contestant disappearing through a broken room. The video showed - 05:47 people sleeping on IR camera then cut to 08:22am. Caption saying Portia Briggs, 23 cocktail waitress - Video diary. Portia starts to talk then vanishes and the screen displayed technical fault. CBS was advertising for more contestants on the show. The set was in California. The group was tasked with investigating, and sent to apply as contestants.

They were interviewed for the show then told they would be entering the house in the morning. The broken room was determined to be in the house, and cycled to Icebox every 18 minutes. In the morning the group entered the house. Jaroslaw quickly determined the model Cassi Colvin was a nearsider. In the afternoon it was announced the daily competition was 'going bananas'. The challenge was to keep hold of a giant inflatable while being sprayed with whipped cream and chocolate. Gideon and Jack won after Jack used his meridan ability to burst their oppositions banana.

In the evening Brian announced they were having a pantomime horse competition as an excuse to wrap up in duvets for some protection against the cold on icebox. They then timed entering the diary room for when the room cycled. Jaroslaw smoothed the transition a little. The room transitioned and the group found themselves in a broken landscape. There was some tracks in the snow heading to a guide rope someone had placed. It lead to a cover labelled maintenance shaft 3.

At the bottom of the shaft was a T-junction. A generator was in a room nearby and tracks of someone being dragged went in the opposite direction. The drag marks lead to a locked door which Jaroslaw opened. Inside were bodies hanging on meat hooks. Portia was there. Four people clothed in dog skins attacked. Brian grappled one and Jaroslaw killed him with a meat hook. Three more attacked and Jaroslaw killed another which attacked him then a third that was attacking Gideon. Jack finally killed the one who was attacking him leaving Brian fending off three. One of those turned on Jack as another four ran in. Several more were killed before they backed off.

Gideon healed Portia and the group made their way back to the broken room. The remaining wild men ran off when shotgun fire was heard nearby. Back on Earth 1 they left the big brother house and returned to regency for a debriefing.
