Lord Skerlock from six towers district sent a message to the crew, wanting to see them. One of Narcissus's contacts, Gemima, a street urchin knew lord Sherlock did not cast a shadow and there were rumours he is a demon with a carriage which is horseless. John spoke to a ghost who said Lord skerlock consorted with a demon called Satara and ghosts could not see inside Skerlock manor. Weaver did some research and found Skerlock had a son and heir called Oscar who is a whisper. He also found reference to a Satyra who is a female demon lord with an affinity to the storm.

The crew visited Skerlock manor. The door knocker looked like a demon head with a ring through its mouth. A small man answered. He had a badly fitted wig and was wearing a butlers uniform. He was Vond, Lord Skerlocks butler. The crew were lead to two men, a red headed man and man in a dark cloak. The man wearing the dark cloak cast no shadow. He introduced himself as Lord Skerlock. The redhead was introduced as his son Oscar.

The Church of the ecstasy of the flesh were holding a festival in 3 days at the residence of Lord Strangford at Strangford house on an island in Charhollow district. Lord Strangford runs a leviathon fleet. At the climax of the festival there would be a ceremony where they would announce a new apex and draw his spirit into a hollower. Lord Skerlock required the hollower once the spirit was in it. He warned other parties may also approach the crew. He offered to lend the crew his carriage after the heist to transport the hollower. He offered 10 coin, 5 in advance.

The crew were followed when they left Lord Skerlock's. Finbar approached them. They represented a religious group calling themselves the circle of the flame. They wanted the crew to sabotage the ceremony, rewire the hollower and bring them the soul of the apex. However they would not match the '20' coins the crew said Lord Skerlock had offered. They only offered 8 coin.

The festival was invite only and everyone would be wearing golden masks. It involved 3 days of gluttony and orgies before the climax. The crew organised forged masks and invitations and gained admittance. At the climax Narcissus tried to start fire using fire oil but got caught and arrested by bluecoats. The rest of the crew shouted to get the hollower to safety and followed when the guards left with it. Once away from the crowds they attacked and overpowered the guards and stole the hollower.

Lord Skerlock's was waiting ourside. The crew returned to Skerlock house. When they arrived, Oliver answered the door and said he had another proposal for the crew. He said the Hollower was for a hull, an automaton powered by a spirit. He wanted the crew to sabotage it once it was complete. Crew turned him down and then told Lord Skerlock. Jude offered to torture Oliver as punishment.

The following night the crew dreamt of Sytera, the demon princess. She said they had come to her notice and she would call on them in the future.
