I hereby testify that the following is an accurate and just account of events that transpired on the above date.

I had been assigned to Sector House 255 along with newly appointed Judges: Bullet, Klyment and Trump (our Squad Leader).

06:00 hours, Sector House 255: 10 minutes in the sleep machine left me rested and reinvigorated, how people do this “naturally” is beyond me.

06:10 hours, Sector House 255: Spent several hours familiarising myself with the layout and procedures of the Sector House.

09:00 hours, Sector House 255: visited Quarter Master Judge Wishall, who issued as with our Lawmasters and general equipment.

10:50 hours, briefing room: attended first briefing with Judge Jude who made us aware of the following salient items:

11:00 hours, briefing room: Briefing ends headed out of sector house.

11:05 hours, Megway: headed towards city bottom on standard patrol.

11:10 hours, Megway: heavy traffic warranted the use of my lawmasters sirens to clear the road ahead, however several citizens saw fit to panic resulting in a four vehicle pile-up. Squad responded by calling med-wagon and assisting on-scene. Other Judges felt my use of sirens was careless, I disagree, if citizens can’t drive without due care and attention then they should be in an iso-cube.

11:30 hours, exit onto zip-strip: spotted school bus being boarded by unknown life form, bus sped up, heading towards zip-strip terminal. I drove up to the driver side to see small brown creature eating the robot driver. Judge Klyment heroically boarded the bus though the rear door but proved incompetent in stopping the vehicle which subsequently crashed resulted in several Juve fatalities. Noted Judge Klyments continued reckless behaviour, typical of a Psi-Judge? [J. Trump: J. Klyment said the robot driver was wired into the vehicle and it was not possible to disconnect it in the few seconds before the crash. Myself and J. Bullet shot the engine to slow the bus but there was insufficient space for the bus to be stopped safely]

MAC identified creature as a Griblig, an illegally-imported alien which eats anything. It escaped due to Judge Klyments negligence. Called clean-up team to deal with crash site. [J. Trump: I did not see J. Sorensen make any attempt to stop the Griblig either]

11:40 hours, zip-strip: headed for Marc Gascoigne plaza.

11:59 hours, Marc Gascoigne plaza: arrived at plaza to begin pointless babysitting of hippies.

I immediately warned the crowd not to try anything though they were to busy singing to notice.

12:20 hours, Marc Gascoigne plaza: while the rest of my squad decided to take it easy I went down into the plaza on foot patrol and due to my extra vigilance noticed four boingers about to drop on the crowd below. Thanks to my warning only seven citizens were killed during the brief fight which resulted in three dead perps, unfortunately one escaped. [J. Trump: J. Sorensen seems to have forgotten to mention the row of shops that burned after the boinger he shot with an incendiary round landed on them.]

12:30 hours, Megway: Received emergency call to head to Biological Research Lab OAS23 where futsie had attacked Squad Bracken. Ran check on lab through MAC, previous case where mad professor Fibbs had “de-evolved” citizens into primates, better than being a mutie! Informed squad who seemed oblivious. [J. Trump: J. Bullet at least seemed oblivious to the fact the animals in the lab were de-evolved citizens and had to be warned against using high explosive rounds against the futsie]

12:35 hours, Lab: cautiously entered building to discover Squad Bracken under heavy fire from single perp with supped-up gun. Judges Bracken, Curran and Fallon non-critical, Greene near death. Chose to render medical assistance after perp dealt with. During the following brief exchange both Judges Klyment and Bullet were hit. Perp shot Klyment at point blank range killing himself in the process. Returned to Squad Bracken, unfortunately Greene had died. Cleanup squad called in.

12:45 hours, Megway; headed to rendezvous point with moped as detailed under item 56.

Spotted orange mopad and I proceeded to drive up and board it. Howard Duffy answered and immediately confessed to illegal sugar possession and travelling a 4km below speed limit. Sentenced to one year and 100 cred fine, got off lightly. Performed crime blitz but found nothing.

12:40 hours, mopad: on exiting mopad found our lawmasters had been snatched by an automated bigmo and were being loaded onto its back. Contacted robot driver via helmet mike and ordered the vehicle to immediately lower bikes which it did. During this our department issued laser detector picked up a signal coming from a mopad travelling in the opposite direction on the other side of the megway.

[J. Trump: I ordered the squad to cross onto the bigmo to recover the bikes. The bigmo's computer obeyed commands to lower the bikes once the squad had mounted them. It reported receiving orders from a Judge Gilsen to collect the bikes. Two bikes could be lowered together so I went first with J. Sorenson. I took the next slipway where I could perform a U-turn and pursue the laser signal. J.Sorenson was overconfident in his abilities to control his bike, accelerating hard as it was dropped onto the megway and lost control. He went into a spin and I saw him being hit by a truck just as I turned onto the slipway. J. Klymett followed me while Judge Bullet went in aid of Judge Sorenson. I identified a specific mopad as being the source of the laser. When we approached it accelerated wildly, lost control and rolled. as we moved in to apprehend the owner we were joined by a J. Stotz who had been nearby. J. Bullet joined us shortly after having called a meat wagon to scrape up J. Sorensons remains.]

Whist on routine solitary patrol in sector 255 I was ordered to rendezvous with squad Trump who had recently lost Judge Sorenson in a RTA. Met up with them at a mopad belonging to a Russell Kirk who was responsible for the recent spate of mopad attacks.

A routine search found nothing but I persisted and discovered a hidden panel. Tek Div were called in to override its locking mechanism and inside was a collection of sophisticated computers. Kirk boasted how he used his technical genius to bounce a laser fired from inside his vehicle off orbiting satellites to destroy mopads. Sentenced to life. [J. Trump: Kirk also boasted about sending fake orders to bigmos as a Judge Gilsen]

I was ordered to join squad Trump permanently and we resumed our patrol. [J. Trump: Hopefully he is less reckless than J. Sorenson]

Around 13:30 we spotted a large crowd gathered outside Zippy Zooms tube emporium. The tubes had malfunctioned with citizens still inside, some immersed in water. I immediately dispersed the crowd, Judge Bullet went to a control panel to try and shut the tubes down and Judges Trump and Klyment split up and made their way to the upper level control centre. Once there they discovered a mad perp dressed as a robot who had accidentally caused the disaster. Judge Klyment read his mind to ascertain the details and Judge Bullet contacted Luna-1 to have the owner – Zippy – arrested for hiring the futsie in the first place.

Our patrol ended at 15:00 and we headed back to the sector house [J. Trump: I don't know what J. Stotz is used to but in my squad the patrol is not over until we are back in sector house]. However on our way a disturbance outside the Happy, Happy shopping mall caught our attention. Citizens were running out of the mall screaming and it soon became evident what from – a huge Kleeg was inside the building firing on citizens indiscriminately. Behind the alien were several robed figures chanting. We opened fire only to discover the “Kleeg” was actually a robot which we managed to disable in the ensuing firefight whilst the robed figures fled. [J. Trump: I don't think the squad disabled the robot, rather it deactivated on its own when the robed figures stopped controlling it. I will be ordering extra practice at the firing range later.] We pursued but their head start allowed them to escape in a waiting car. Fortunately Judge Klyment is a Psi Judge and read the mind of one of the perps to discover that they had purchased the robot from Russell Kirk. They belonged to a group who worshipped Kleegs and were pissed off with the pro- Justice groups.

We interrogated Kirk back at sector house and offered him a reduced sentence [J. Trump: Actually J. Stotz offered him a reduction to 20 years without consulting the rest of the squad, for some small amount of information] in return for his co-operation. He agreed, telling us that there were five more Kleeg robots in the sector and he also relayed their shutdown codes: “CX59 - override shutdown”, we immediately informed the department who issued an alert to all sector Judges.
